Insurance Defense Firm Expands to 14 Offices Across the Southeast

McAngus Goudelock & Courie, a regional insurance defense firm, has opened an office in Knoxville, TN. This is the firm’s third Tennessee office, with one in Memphis and one in Nashville. MGC now has 14 offices across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia. Two attorneys, David Long and Josh Wolfe, join the firm’s Knoxville office.

David Long’s practice focuses on employment law, personal injury, including premises liability, automobile and trucking defense, as well as products liability and construction law defense. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Federal Bar Administration, Defense Research Institute, DICTA, SHRM and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. Long has been recognized by the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals and Covington Who’s Who. He earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee.

Josh Wolfe’s practice focuses on product liability, construction litigation, premises liability, transportation, employment law and workers’ compensation defense. Wolfe is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and Hamilton-Burnett Inns of Court. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America© in the Construction Law category. Wolfe earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from University of Tennessee.
