Atlanta, Georgia – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Joy Bonner to their Atlanta office, with a practice focused on litigation. Bonner earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Prior to joining MGC, Bonner practiced government/municipal and county defense, personal injury, wrongful death, state and local authorities defense and medical malpractice in Georgia. Prior to litigating cases, she served as the legal fellow for the University of Georgia Athletic Association, where she assisted in the athletic and academic compliance of UGA's athletic programs. Bonner is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.
