COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Chip Collins to their Columbia office. For nearly three decades, Collins has represented insurance carriers in construction litigation, insurance coverage and general litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has also spent over 20 years in asbestos defense litigation, serving as both national and local counsel for multiple companies.
Collins earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the Defense Reseach Institue and South Carolina Shakespeare Company. Collins also serves on the Board of Governors for the Town Theatre and is an elder of the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church.
