He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina Upstate, as well as a Juris Master and Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law. Prior to joining MGC, Neubauer practiced litigation for post-conviction relief with the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
