2024 South Carolina Maximum Weekly Compensation Rate
The Workers’ Compensation Commission approved the maximum weekly compensation rate of $1,093.67 for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2024.
2024 South Carolina Mileage Reimbursement Rate
Claimants are entitled to payment for mileage to and from medical appointments if the travel is more than five miles from home (more than 10 miles round trip). Beginning on January 1, 2024, the mileage reimbursement rate will be 67 cents per mile.
