2021 Maximum Weekly Compensation Rate
The North Carolina Industrial Commission has established the maximum weekly benefit for 2021 pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 97-29. Effective January 1, 2021, the maximum weekly benefit applicable to all injuries and claims arising on and after January 1, 2021, shall be $1,102.00.
