Commission Issues Advisory Notice Regarding Fines and Penalties
On April 14, 2020, the Commission issued an Advisory Notice stating that they will reactivate the assessment of fines and penalties for failure to file required reports on May 1, 2020. All required reports and forms not filed by their respective due date on or after May 1, 2020 will be subject to the assessment of fines and penalties authorized by statute or regulation.
