To use this device, just invite the conference room to the meeting through Outlook and make sure to include the Teams or Zoom info in the meeting invite.

For Teams just use the Teams add-in in Outlook when you invite the room.

For Zoom just paste the meeting info into the body of the meeting invite.

The screen should show the meeting with a Join button for when you are ready to start.

This room also the ability to plug in your laptop to the available HDMI cord to present.

You can also start ad-hoc meetings or initiate Teams calls from this device on the home screen.
