Josh Wolfe joined MGC in May of 2017 to open the firm’s Knoxville office. His practice focuses on product liability, construction litigation, premises liability, transportation, employment law and workers’ compensation defense. Josh has successfully tried jury trials to verdict at both the State and Federal level, as well as successfully trying multiple workers’ compensation matters. He has also represented clients before Tennessee’s appellate courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on the lake, hiking and at the soccer field.
