Walt Rapp’s practice focuses on litigation, particularly in civil, commercial and construction litigation. Walt handles cases related to construction defect, real estate, maritime claims, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and contract disputes. He has practiced in the Wilmington area since 2003, representing a variety of clients, including contractors, subcontractors, real estate agents, and design professionals. Walt also serves as corporate counsel for several local builders and business owners, providing them assistance with contracts, risk transfer, collections and other business related matters. He enjoys working with his clients as a partner, while maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk.

Outside of the office, Walt spends his time with his wife and two children, as well as enjoying live music and camping.
