The Women’s Initiative (WIN @ MGC) is MGC’s commitment to recruit, retain and advance women in the legal industry, as well as to provide a platform for engagement, development and leadership opportunities for women at MGC. All members of Team MGC, including both men and women, are invited to attend and participate in all WIN @ MGC initiatives.

These groups serve as key pillars in our firm’s culture, providing avenues for development, reflection, engagement and connection.
