He represents commercial entities, individuals, governmental entities/agencies and insurance companies with a focus on litigation, government liability and premises liability.
Hirsch graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University. He is also a certified South Carolina Public Notary. Hirsch is a member of the Mecklenburg Bar Association and York County Bar Association.
