"As I reflect on Women’s History Month, I came across this quote, and I was immediately inspired to nominate my colleague, Hillary Ladov, to be spotlighted for Women’s History Month.
I’ve been fortunate to work with Hillary for close to three years now, and I believe that Hillary embodies the meaning of this quote. Hillary’s determination and leadership to succeed and grow is inspiring. However, I think one of the most remarkable qualities about Hillary is her determination and dedication to help others grow, especially young women who are embarking on their careers, and are seeking genuine mentorship and guidance.
While Hillary is tremendously talented, she is also humble in the sense that she has an unmatched willingness to pursue every opportunity available to learn and grow.
Thanks to the many remarkable women like Hillary, women now have opportunities that at one time, they could only dream of. I believe that these opportunities developed due to women like Hillary, who are 'determined to rise.' Without ambition and courage, women would not have had the same impact on history. With that being said, thank you, to all the women who continue to dream and help others achieve more."
